When owner Dan Traub started our company in 1992, he developed a mission that he and his team could work to deliver: To Provide the Most Outstanding Service Experience Ever. With Sylvie Lariviere-Traub, his wife who became his business partner in 2003, they also developed five core values.

Our Management Team

Dan Traub, Founder, CEO and Chief of Operations & Training

Dan has been has been in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. Four Seasons was founded in 2002. He brings a vast expertise through his numerous certifications, including Master Cleaning Technician, Master Textile Cleaner, Fabric Care Specialist. Also, he has published many articles in the industry as a customer advocate and served as a quality advocate, helping other cleaning businesses improve and creating more successful relationships between clients and businesses.


Sylvie Lariviere-Traub, Vice-President

Sylvie Lariviere-Traub was born in Canada and moved to California, USA,  in 2002. She has been involved with Four Seasons since its beginning. She plays a key role in the management and business develpment of our company. In the past, she has received numerous recognitions by her peers, for her business expertise. She was awarded the Fresno Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002, and was also the recipient of two coveted Special Congressional Recognition Certificates, awarded annually by the U.S. House of Representatives.  Since 2002, Sylvie Lariviere-Traub has been developing a strong expertise in rug conservation.



Melanie Beaupre, Controler and Rug Restoration

Melanie has been working with Four Seasons at different times, while completing her Bachelor degree in Sciences at the University of Toronto. She graduated recently and joined our company full time. She brings organization and management skills to the team. She is the person who always ensure the follow up of numerous tasks done in a day. She also will greet our customer who comes to drop off rug and you will see her at times giving inspecting a rug or giving an estimate for repair. She is a great asset for the company as she is an expert at rug repair.


Amanda Massey, Customer Care Specialist

Amanda is the voice of Four Season on the phone and probably the first person you will talk to when calling our company. She is married to Ken and they have two wonderful children. Her husband Ken is a Seabee diver in the Navy. Originally they both are from Wisconsin and have been moving at different occasions because of their service to the country. Amanda brings smile and joy to the team.  She is a great team player, and our cheer leader when comes the time to provide an outstanding experience to our customer.


Alex Traub, Lead Rug Cleaning Technician

Alex has built a strong knowledge base as a fine fabric and textile cleaning specialist, as he has been working with his father, Dan Traub,  on and off since his teenage years. This laid an excellent foundation for learning about the various fiber types and textiles. Later in his early twenty he joined the Navy to serve his country for four (4) years. In 2004, he joined back Four Seasons and and earned his first Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Since then he has worked with virtually every fiber type and soiling condition known in the industry while providing outstanding service experiences to our customers. Alex is married and have three daughters.


Barry O’Connell, Appraisal Services, George Washington University (Appraisal Sciences)

Mr. O’Connell has a vast knowledge about Oriental rugs. He has a degree from the George Washington University in Appraisal Sciences (1997). Since 1996, he has been contributing editor of the Encyclopedia of Modern Asia (Scribners), Cleanfax Magazine, Clean Informer Magazine. In 2002-2003, Barry was hired as consultant for the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. for the major move of the collection of the National Museum of American Indian from New York to Washington, D.C. He also gives lectures about Oriental rugs and their identification for the Museum of Textile, Triangle Rug Society, Armenian Rug Society, San Francisco Bay Rug Society, Textile Group of Los Angeles, Textile Museum Associates of Southern California and the International Carpet Exhibition and Symposium in the Republic of Islam, Iran in 2004-2005.
